This 3 hour workshop focuses on strategies for marketing your agency and its programs, particularly those programs that include children of all abilities. Participants will learn about "branding" their organization and identifying marketing opportunities. The agenda also includes an introduction to strategies for creating market plans, developing introduced strategies for creating marketing plans, developing materials, identifying target audiences, and budgeting marketing costs.
