A donation to CCDH comes with a commitment to use your gift to directly improve the daily life of someone with a disability. You are a partner in providing the services and supports necessary to enable everyone to fully participate in our community.

Become a CCDH 2008 Care Campaign Champion!

$20.08 is enough to help someone TODAY. It buys:

  •    •  2 hours of personal care assistance or respite care to a family in need;
  •    •  1 day of subsidized summer camp for a child eager to be included among his
           peers;
  •    •  2 packs of diapers for an infant/child or 1 pack for an adult;
  •    •  12 servings of a nutritional supplement; or
  •    •  30 days of a generic medication.
