Inclusion Specialist
Cynthia joined CCDH in 2010 as an Inclusion Specialist for the ACT Project. As an exceptional student education graduate of Miami-Dade College, she has experience working with children with disabilities at all grade levels. Cynthia’s personal philosophy is that children should learn and play in a safe environment that is the least-restrictive for children with disabilities. She believes that Inclusion can become a reality when organizations are given adequate supports.
Cynthia welcomes the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children through the ACT Project, just like many of the teachers that made a difference in her life. “My pleasurable educational experiences in this country encouraged me to venture into the field of exceptional education,” says Cynthia.
