Since 1975, CCDH (formerly the Community Committee for Developmental Handicaps) has been Miami-Dade County's lead agency to plan, provide, coordinate, and arrange for services to individuals with disabilities and their families. We are a coalition of community service providers; consumers; families; advocates; and other public, private, and governmental organizations.
Meet our members and learn about our collaborations with a wide variety of community partners. Explore how CCDH membership can benefit you or your agency.
